Our experienced staff can make a Will for you at any one of a number of city and country locations or - if age or illness restricts your mobility - we can take your Will instructions at your home or current location.

Public Trustee's staff will explain all issues to you and make sure you have a correctly prepared Will tailored to suit your requirements. We will prepare your Will free of charge when you appoint Public Trustee as your executor and hold it in safe custody without cost.

Before we meet with you, there are some details that you will need to think about and prepare, like:

• Who are the persons or organisations that you want to be the beneficiaries of your estate?
• Provide the full names and accurate current contact details of your beneficiaries.
• Provide asset details including bank accounts, insurance policies, investments and real estate.
• If you have a family trust, operate a business as a sole trader or in partnership or own or part own a company, bring the documents detailing the set up of that structure, for instance, a partnership agreement and/or succession arrangement, or a trust deed or memorandum.
