Public Trustee’s role as manager covers all legal and financial matters affecting our clients. Public Trustee acts impartially in its management of client funds, and ensures all legislative requirements are met.
We also consult with the client’s family or their carers to ensure the money and assets are utilised to enhance their well being and lifestyle.
During 2007, Public Trustee made in excess of 232 million payments for its clients, performed 61,000 transactions for protected persons and undertook some 1,200 transactions every day for its protected persons.
