Private Administrators

Public Trustee's role as the financial examiner of private administrators applies to those who have been appointed as a financial administrator by the Guardianship Board.

If you have been appointed as administrator, there are a few things you need to know and do.

Please find below links to three documents:-

The Guide for Financial Administrators. The guide shows you how to set out the report that you must provide each year to the protected person, the Guardianshiop Board and to Public Trustee. It covers the financial year to 30th June and must be lodged by 30 September each year.

The Electronic Annual Financial Report Form in excel spreadsheet format, which automatically produces statements based on the details entered for receipts and payments.

A blank Statutory Declaration is also available below should be completed and signed before a Justice of the Peace and included with the lodgement of your annual financial report.
